PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES
The insulated glass manufacturing equipment is a special machine for producing double-layer and triple-layer insulating glass with aluminium spacers, both LOW-E insulating glass and tempered insulating glass can be processed.
ZKX2500A consists of 7 sections from right to left.

insulated glass manufacturing equipment has three motors driving three pairs of brushes respectively, which is stable and efficient;
Fan-shaped nozzle can be used for thorough cleaning without dead ends;
Aluminum profile air knife, the special baffle structure of the air knife, the wind is strong and the air is evenly supplied;
The 15kw fan is used and is equipped with Wind heating system to improve efficiency, bellows is equipped with sound absorption device to reduce noise pollution.
Insulated glass manufacturing equipment is equipped with automatic sensing device and alarm device, which can sense the film surface of LOW-E glass and coated glass.

The flat pressing adopts a large stroke, which is convenient for maintenance, and the reinforcing ribs are evenly distributed in a mesh shape, and the force is uniform. The servo synchronous pressing adopts the ball screw to fully ensure the parallel pressing of the two plates. It has a pressing torque function for processing different sizes of insulating glass, and the pressure holding time can also be adjusted according to the size of the glass.
