How can I send my graphic file to you ? Which format do you prefer ?
Δ1. It is better to save your file in AI/ PDF/PSD or JPG format.
Δ2. You can send graphic files to us through email.

Production questions
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ of most of the items is 50 pcs. However, we can merge the manufacturing process with an existing order if not reaching the MOQ.
What is the production time ?
Δ1.The production time of pre-production sample is 7-15 working days after deposit and printing setup charge received.
Δ2.The lead time of manufacturing process depends on the order quantity. Normally the lead time is between 20-35 days.
If I don't satisfy sample or bulk order quality,how do you deal with it ?
ΔOk, then we can arrange shipping. Any questions, we can solve it for you before shipping.

Package questions
What is the packaging of the sleep hat ?
Δ1.Each hat is well protected by an individual polybag. Fold hat with one pouch normally.
Δ2.You can choose individual hat fabric pouch for hat. There is an extra cost depend on the pouch design you choose and the pouch size.

Delivery questions
What is the delivery charge ?
Δ1.Our price including all FOB documents charge.
Δ2.Quoted the price base on the shipping port is Qingdao, if requested ship the caps from other sea port. There will some shipping surcharge. It is base on which sea port you changed.

How can I receive your samples ?
Δ1. Overseas buyer: You should provide us with the courier account such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS etc. We will not be responsible for the delivery charge of the samples. Or you pay the shipping cost to us advance and we help you to pay the forwarder in our side, this way will be cheaper.
Δ2. Local buyer: You should provide us with the full mailing address. We will send the samples to you by local courier.
