    The flotation machine is suitable for the separation of non-ferrous ferrous metals, and can also be used for the separation of non-metals such as: coal fossil, talc. The flotation machine is driven by the motor triangle generation drive impeller rotation, resulting in centrifugal effect to form negative pressure, on the one hand, inhaling sufficient air to mix with the pulp, on the other hand, stirring the pulp to mix with drugs, while refining the foam, so that minerals bonded foam above the surface of the pulp and float to form mineralized foam again. Adjust the height of the gate to control the liquid level, so that the useful foam is scraped out by the scraper.

Working Principle:

The ground ore is mixed with water and necessary chemicals into slurry by stirring tank during or after grinding, and then injected into the slurry tank where stirring starts, and air is introduced into the slurry to form a large number of air bubbles, some mineral particles which are not easily wetted by water, generally called hydrophobic, are attached to the air bubbles and float to the surface of the slurry together with the air bubbles to form a mineralized air bubble layer, and some mineral particles which are easily wetted by water, generally called Hydrophilic mineral particles are not attached to the bubbles, but remain in the pulp, and the mineralized bubbles containing specific minerals are discharged, so as to achieve the purpose of mineral processing.
