Description
Bioteke fast fluorescent qualitative PCR analyzer BTK-8 has adopted the advanced temperature rise and drop module, so the temperature rise and drop can be up to 12 ℃/s, and the average temperature rise and drop rate is 10 ℃/s, which is 3 to 5 times that of the conventional fluorescent qualitative PCR analyzer.
During the variable temperature PCR reaction, the temperature needs to be increased from 58 ℃ to 95 ℃ and then decreased to 58℃, and the cycle needs to be repeated for 40 to 45 times, therefore, the improvement of the temperature rise and drop rate can now complete the test which formerly costs 70 to 120 minutes within 20 to 30 minutes.
