Description
HWS200 PUSH MODEL CONCRETE SCARIFIER
The concrete scarifier’s drum with TCT cutters rotates forward at very high speed; which swings the group of cutters crashes the floor, therefore the carbide tungsten tips on the cutters mill, plan, scarifying concrete, asphalt, and epoxy resin on the floor surface.
HWS200 has a drum design, zero depth height adjustment, better balance and less vibration, and side-entry roller components. There are heat treated hardened hexagonal shaft, sealed bearing and toothed belt.
Featured accessories include carbide (TCT), ripper drum and shaft, and Honway vacuum device.
8” 200mm scarify floor maximum 350-500sq.ft. depth at 1/8” per pass per hour.
Chip traffic line at 800-1000 lineal ft per hour.
APPLICATION
Removing traffic line and coatings.
Small, narrow areas or edges.
Sidewalk repair.
Floor preparation or cleaning.
Creating nonslip surfaces.
