1.How can we get a quote? You can send us email with product details: size, material, design, logo and color; if you have artwork,it will be much appreciated. We will reply you within 24 hours. Also,you can discuss with us on TM. Our TM is online more than 12 hours every day. |

3.How to get a sample? A.Sample lead time: about 5-7 days after artwork confirmation B.Sample fee (1)Samples without printing-0$ ( before placing order ) (2)Sample with printings-100$(before placing order ) After you place an order we will refund you the sample fee (3)Sample with printings-0$( after the order and deposit) C.Sample freight is paid by customer. |
4.What's your delivery time? 7-15 days according to order quantity and season. |
5.Payment method? Cash, T/T, Western Union, PayPal, Escrow, Alipay Less than USD500, full payment before production More than USD500, 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before delivery. |
