Our stoneware is "middle fired" with fully sintering to provide strength and eliminate water absorption. We control the water absorption of our products below 0.2%. Low water absorption is important for user’s health since our products won’t absorb the liquid from the food and will wash easier.

3.Lead and cadmium free &CA Prop65 approved

Our stoneware and beautiful glaze colors have been formulated without the use of toxic lead or cadmium. Our factory adheres to USA and Europe food-safe standards while maintaining a green environment and a production cycle focused on 4R’s: Recycle, Reuse, Reduce, and Rebuild.

We monitor and control glaze thickness in our high production environment, and particularly to the edges to insure strong chipping resistance which will give you years of enjoyment with our products.

Vicky : Our MOQ for fresh model is 10000pcs,if  your trial order only have small order like 3000, 5000pcs, our existing models can help you for this small trial order.

Q4,   Are your items are healthy and can pass the test according to customer's standard ?

Vicky : Yes, our all items are food grade,  Each item is guaranteed to be lead-free, fully vitrified, microwave-safe, oven-proof, and dishwasher-friendly.heat-resistant, acid-resistant, and alkali-resistant and strengthened without such harmful substances as cadmium. There is no harm to your healthy.  All mugs can pass the test whitch comply with the standard of Prop.65, EC84/500, LFGB Or from the 3rd party like SGS, BV etc.

Q5, How to control the quality ?

Vicky: We have professional QC team with strict standard and well-organized management in whole mass production, they will inspect and control the quality accord to the quality standard of Sales Order. 

Q6, Will you provide pre-production samples for approval ?

Vicky:  Yes, of course,we do will prepare the pre-production samples for your checking , after receipt your confirmation for samples, we will begin to make the mass production according to your approval samples .
