1. Are GTCOOL atmospheric water generators compatible with solar power system?
A: Sure, our atmospheric water generators are not only compatible with solar power system, but also with wind power system, once they are capable to provide the equivalent power input. You also can find the solar panel, inverter and battery solution in our store.
2. What is the pH value of the water produced by GTCOOL?
A: The pH value is around 6.5-7.6. And the optional mineral filter can be provided if requested by customers.
3. How often should I need to change the filters?
A: We suggest the air filters to be checked once a month and cleaned by washing, if needed. The water filters to be changed every 3-6 months and the reverse osmosis to be changed every 12-18 months after you start to use, also it will depend on the quality of ambient air and the actual usage of atmospheric water generator. The LED-UV light needs to be cleaned or replaced every 12-18 months. Water storage tank needs to be empty and cleaned every 6 months.
4. What’s your warranty policy?
A: The warranty period of overall machine is 1 year. And 3 years warranty for the 4 core parts, compressor, condenser, evaporator and motor.

A: Generally, there are 2 kinds of environment condition assumed when suppliers promote their atmospheric water generators in the market, 30°C & RH-80% and 27°C & RH-60%. And the GTCOOL atmospheric water generators can produce around 1.7 times water if base on 30°C & RH-80%.
