Fe content in Pure Iron Bar is more than 99.5% with low carbon and low sulfur and low phosphorus content, it is usually used as electric-magnetic material in electronic fields, GB6983 is used as its standard in China. It could be used as pure iron cores, soft magnetic pure iron, pure iron powder for producing clutch and pistol in automobile, etc. Pure iron bar consists of hot-rolled bars and cold-drawn bars, it also could be produced into pure iron pellets to use as remelting materials.

1.Pure Iron for Melting
Pure iron for melting is widely used in producing various types of special alloys, such as master alloys, electric-thermal alloys, hard magnetic alloys, low-carbon stainless steel and powder metallurgy materials.




2.Pure Iron for Magnetic Materials
