Our products is a highly engineered, mechanically attached, coated woven synthetic roofing underlayment designed for sloped roofs, which offers the sloped roofing industry a truly revolutionary system of safety, security and simplicity.

 

Breathable Waterproof Membrane is known as roofing underlayment or housewrap, which is a polymeric composite waterproofing material. It's produced with PP non-woven fabric+PE fuctional film+PP non-woven fabric. PP fabric works as protection and reinforcement, while the micro-porous PE film is the functional layer which is water-resistant but allow water vapour to pass through, widely used in roofing or wall system, outside the insulation layer. It is water resistant, which prevents the outside water get inside, while allows the inside vapor or humidity/moisture permeates to the exterior. This can keeps the insulation system dry and prevent damages to the roof/wall system or inside facilities from condensed water dew. Our factory breathable waterproof membrane, the insulation system can be perfectly protected and sustainable energy saving achieved.

Installation

should be installed in accordance with the local applicable building code. Air barriers should be applied horizontally, with the upper layers overlapping the lower layer by a minimum of 6'', and all vertical joints should be lapped a minimum of 6''.

It is recommended to tape all vertical seams with special tape; all seams must be taped to achieve an air barrier install; consult your design professional where necessary.
