Production description:

 Double plate working station screen changer can automatically compensate the sealing clearance. It is widely used for high production devices. When it operates,   two screen works concurrently. One screen operates, the other screen changes, thus the material flow will not stop and the screen changing can complete without machine halt. When two screen unit works simultaneously, the filter area is twice that of single screen unit. Since the screen changing process is continuous, it will not cause apparent pulsation for extruders, thus improves the stability of the products.

Features:
1)Two round  removable breaker plates on each slide plate.
2)"Continuous type" means operation of screen change without machine halt or disruption of melt flow.
3)Equipped with air venting system.
4)Fit for almost all kinds of polymers.

The structure:

1,two pieces of slide plate instead of one slide plate  

2,one screen cavity on each slide plate instead two screen cavities on one slide plate.
