Brief Introduction






The short range evaporator is a device which integrates the film evaporator and condenser preparation. The light vapor condenses on the condenser built into the short range evaporator. The path between the evaporation and condensation surfaces is very short, so the pressure of the gas phase the force drop is very low.

FILM SCRAPING SYSTEM
The liquid film is produced by the action of the editing wheel, which is sheathed outside the vertical guide rod, and the vertical guide rod is connected with the rotary film scraping frame. There is no thermal decomposition area in the evaporator due to the product staying for a long time. Although the jigger seems to be in contact with the inner wall of the evaporator, there is almost

SCRAPER TYPE FILM SCRAPING SYSTEM
The scraper with groove generates a liquid film on the inner wall of the evaporator. The scraper is connected with an elastic metal sheet. When the basket rotates, the scraper is close to the inner wall under the action of centrifugal force and acts on the material to produce a liquid film. By changing the direction of the groove in the scraper, we can change the residence time of the
material in the evaporator. The elastic metal sheet can produce additional force on the scraper, so that the scraping system can deal with high viscosity and high polymerization materials, and can remove the material accumulated on the wall of any thermal
jacket
