THE LOST WAX CASTING PROCESS: 13 STEPS TO THE PERFECT BRONZE STATUE
At the Finelai factory we cast bronze statues using the traditional lost wax casting method. Bronze art casting using the ancient, lost wax process has been around for thousands of years.
This labor-intensive process takes several weeks and oftentimes months, from start to finish.
Bronze is an alloy. It is a mixture of about 85% copper, plus small amounts of tin, zinc, and silicon.

2.When we confirm the design, we need to confirm the size. Because the size is different, the price is different.
3.After the design dimension is confirmed, we can calculate the product cost for you according to your needs. (there will be a model fee for customized products) the price is the model fee and the cost of casting bronze statues. If you need us to arrange transportation. I will also check the shipping cost for you.
4.Pay 30% deposit. we will started making clay models.
5.Clay model production is complete. Take pictures and videos to let you confirm. If you are not satisfied with the details. We will revise it. Until you are satisfied with the model.
6.Then casting, confirmation, packaging, and delivery.
