Q1: What is the MOQ for your production? A1: There is no MOQ limited with our available material. For customized solid color, MOQ is 100 pieces.For customized print material, MOQ is 300 pieces.The MOQ depends your requirement for color, size, material and so on. For some normal items, we have stock, will have no MOQ requirement.
Q2: May i get a sample before bulk order? How long is sample and bulk order?
A2: Yes, samples are available and samples charge will be refunded if order confirmed. Sample is about 1-3 working days, and 25-35days for bulk order.
Q3: Could you do OEM or customized for us?
A3: Yes, we can do both OEM and ODM. Size, material, quantity, design, packing solution, etc what depends on your requests; Customized design / colour / logo is welcome.
Q4: How can you ensure the quality?
A4: We have a strict quality control & AQL system, such as material QC, production QC, before packing and shipping QC. More than that, we offer 90days quality warranty. The products with defect can be return and refund. You are always welcome to visit our factory.
