The trays collect the difficult items like human hair and pet hair better than the standard vaccums

What is the advantage of the CRB Machines?
A: It is a versatile machine. With one machine you can do several kind of cleaning works on the carpet: Scrubbing, Encapsulation
cleaning, Compound cleaning and re-agitation for hot water extraction. It is very safe and no damage for the carpet fibers. The
low moisture cleaning enable people to use the carpet again after it is dried in 30minutes. The machines is small and very easy to
be carried in a common car with the cleaners. Besides it saves water, Using this machine also avoid the problem that the cleaners
can not find a place to pour the dirty water.
* How many types of brushes and how can I choose ?
A: We have totally five types of brushes: Extra Stiff(yellow), Stiff(green), Standard(blue), soft(gray) and Extra Soft(White)
brushes.Please check the below table for the instruction:

* What is the lead time for our orders?
A: Normally we keep a certain amount of machines as stock which can cover the daily orders by DHL and in those conditions the lead
time is 3 working days. Since different countries usually have different type of cord, We will require our customers to always
contact our sales manger to ensure if we can fulfill the order in time. We are pleased to help you to solve the issues.
* What kind of cords do you use on the CRB machines?
A: Usually the US, UK and EU cord are prepared in stock. The standard length of cable is about 115cm. So actually we recommend our
customers to use an adaptive extension cord.
* How can we be a distributor in our country or area?

* How can we arrange the shipment once we place the order?

company provides one year’s warranty and guarantee to exchange the machines with technique issues which have been ran under the
normal maintenance in one year. Regarding to the repair work after one year we will support our customers by providing spare
parts, Sending instruction video, Or help to contact the nearest repairing center of our partners. We strongly recommend our
customers to keep some spare parts since the shipping cost is usually very high and we always try to ship them by sea as much as
