A1:If you are not sure if the product fits your car, please feel free to contact us and send us your car pictures(front, back and whole car pictures), we have professional team to check the suitable items for you.


Q2: Is this real carbon fiber material and how about the production technique?(For carbon fiber items)
A2:Yes we offer real carbon fiber and our technique will be called wet carbon technique(2 layers fiberglass combine with one layer real carbon, surface is carbon fiber).

 

Q3: Is the installation accessories included In the package? How to install?
A3: YES 3M tape & screws are packed in the package as necessary, some parts just need 3M some parts need screws, we will put them into the package. We have installation instruction based on different parts, please check the description for reference.

Q4: When can I receive the package after payment?
A4: It will take us 3 working days to do inspection & packing & arranging shipment.(Have in stock)
Ship by EMS, delivery time is 7~10 working days.
Ship by Fedex/DHL/TNT/UPS, delivery time is 5~7 working days.

Q5:What terms of payment do you accept?
A5: We can accept 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery through TT, Paypal, Western Union, Wechat, Alipay ect.

Q6: What should I do if I are not satisfied with the goods?
A6: After received goods if you are not satisfied, you can contact with our Sales team for help.
If it is little scratched during shipping, we will have repair instructions for you or return back.
If you could not get the items within 30 days after made payment, refund policy are available.
For Carbon fiber products, here are 6 months in warranty.


Q7: Dry carbon products relative to wet carbon?
A7:1)Among the same products, dry carbon products are lighter,at least 1 times lighter than wet carbon products
2)Harder(For example a spoiler can bear a weight of about 120KG,different products can be customized to bear higher weight)
3)Lines are more smoother and symmetrical
4)Excellent fitment
5)The machine replaces manual work so that output is much larger and it's 20 times of the wet carbon,available from stock.
