High Speed Biodegradable Film Blowing Machine
Biodegradable film is a kind of plastic film which can be degraded by microorganism in natural
environment .After bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes and other microorganisms erode the plastic film, the polymer components are hydrolyzed, ionized or protonated due to the growth of cells, resulting in mechanical damage and splitting into oligomer fragments. Enzymes secreted by fungi or bacteria decompose or oxidize water-soluble polymers into water-soluble fragments to generate new small molecular compounds until they are finally decomposed into C02 and H20

Use:The unit extruder,cylinder and screw rods are made of quality alloy steel , that have been nitrized and processed in a precision way.Hence it is sound in hardness, durable in corrosion resistance. The specially-designed screw is of sound quality in plasticizing.The biodegradable file widely used in agricultural mulch film,foodstuff,clothing,rubbish bag and industrial packaging.
