QC11Y QC11K sheet metal punching and shearing machine
1. The second-generation hydraulic gate shearing machine is an ideal replacement product for the hydraulic pendulum shearing machine. It has a double-cylinder series structure, all-steel structure design and production, beautiful appearance and reliable structure.
2. The front supporting material is composed of three groups of rollers, which are easy to adjust and convey.
3. Using the UG (finite element) analysis method, the computer-aided optimization design is carried out. The super-strong steel structure design makes the fuselage extremely small when used at full load, which ensures the durability of the blade.
4. The overall welded structure of Q235 steel plate has good strength, rigidity and vibration resistance. The two cylinders are fixed on the left and right uprights. There is an auxiliary knife seat on the working table, which is convenient for micro-adjustment of the blade. There is also a feeding roller on the working table. , easy to operate.
