DETAILS DISPLAY
Furnace basicly includes: steel frame, induction coil, magnetic yoke
Configuration includes: anti-falling device, dust collector,furnace linning release device, weighing system, leakage-alarm device, slag reclining system, etc.
Steel frame
1. Stong enough to used for 15 years. Welded by two cylinder with thick seamless rectangular steel tube;
2. Its tilting maximum angle is over than 95 degrees,
3. with vacuum cover(heat preservation cover), the upper components can be disassembled to facilitate the repalcement of the coil.

Magnetic yoke
1. The induction coil is surrounded by a solid oriented yoke. This design eliminated heating from outside.
2. The yoke greatly support the induction coil to engsure long working life of the lining;
3. There are flow display, temperature display and temperaure pretection for the water circle of the yoke;
4. The yoke covers over more than 70% area, case least magnetic flux leakage, can save about 5% electricity.
Hydraulic station
1. Technical control. Just need to control the buttons and the handle to achieve tilting, stop, and reset.
2.Furnace can be tilted in 95 degrees to pour out all the metal liquid;
