The TUF-TUF-2000H 2000H Ultrasonic Flow meter is ideal for flow surveys and closed pipe applications where noninvasive measurement of liquids is required. Benefited from our advanced digital signal processing technology the handheld flow meter works reliable in both clan and opaque liquid flow .

How to install the ultrasonic flow meter 

Clamp-on Transducer Usager Method 

   

  Usage Method:

• Install first transducer after choosing install point;Clean up pipe surface(include oil paint,rust etc).According to instructions,fix clamp near by install point.


• Smear couplant on transducer surface,fix the transduceer on install point.


• Fix another transducer according to install distance.


• Note:The transmitting direction of transducers is opposite;The clamps' matrial is 304stainless stell .

The DTI-200H can be applied to a wide range of measurement. The range of pipe dimensions is from 15 to 6000mm (from 0,5 to 200 inches) and the liquids can be: ultra-pure, potable water, chemicals, raw sewage,cooling water, river water, plant effluent ecc. As the instrument and the transducers are non-contacting and have no moving parts, the flow meter cannot be affected by system pressure, fouling or wear.

Standard transducers are rated to: S1/M1/L1/SIF/M1F 0÷70°C; S1H/M1H 0÷160°C

*2.  How to intensify the signal display of transducers ?

Put coupling agent into transducers .

Because air shipping is not allowed to ship liquid or something like that, so coupling agent can not ship to you. You can use vaseline or butter to replace.
