Description
HSG series double-acting single-rod piston hydraulic cylinder is an actuator for reciprocating linear motion in hydraulic system.
It has simple structure, reliable operation, convenient assembly and disassembly, easy maintenance, various installation and connection methods, and buffering.
HSG Hydraulic Cylinder Features.
Outstanding Advantages:
The piston rod is quenched and tempered by HB260-280, then rough and finely machined, and then plated with 0.03-0.05mm hard chrome after polishing.
The surface can reach a finish of 0.2.
The inner hole of the cylinder barrel is roughed and finished by deep hole boring, rolling, the inner surface roughness can reach 0.4, and a uniform grid honing is formed grains, forming the inner surface of the hardened layer.
Cylinder seals are imported polyurethane materials, large dust rings, O-rings, Gree rings, and Sri Lankan
Special seal and V-shaped combination seal.
Various connection methods, easy to install and easy to use
