Measuring Steps.

Step 1: Wipe hands, feet and electrodes with a wet tissue. The wet tissues help increase
the conductivity of the current.
Step 2: Stand on the instrument to measure weight and make sure the heel is flush with the foot electrode.
Step 3: When prompted, enter your profile. After confirming that your profile is correct, click Start Test.
Step 4: Follow the boot prompts, grab the handle, and place your thumb on the elliptical electrode.
Step 5: Follow the instructions and keep your arms straight and do not touch the rest of your body. Stay relaxed until the test is
complete. After the test is complete, you can get a report to your email address or print a A4 printing.
