Description
The trichloroethylene recovery instrument is used to recover the contaminated combustible soluble agent. It can be used together with the centrifugal asphalt mixture separator as a recovery device for trichloroethylene or benzene.

Operation method:
1. Turn on the power supply and connect the incoming and outgoing water with the distiller with a hose.
2. Pour the solution to be recovered into the distillation chamber, with a maximum capacity of about 10 liters at a time.
3. Close the main power switch through the cooling water, and the red power indicator lights up. Press the heating button, and the heating indicator lights up. The instrument starts to work and enters the heating state.
4. When the distillation of the instrument is completed, the main power supply should be cut off in time.
5. The operator shall observe the liquid level in the glass tube through the liquid level gauge. If he sees the asphalt liquid level, he shall open the shut-off door of the right water nozzle and drain the asphalt liquid completely. When the liquid level of the liquid level gauge on the left side reaches the upper limit, the water nozzle shall be opened in time to discharge the recovered solution.
6. The temperature switch in the temperature controller can be set according to the different boiling points of different solvents. The control temperature of this instrument has been adjusted (86 °) according to the temperature of trichloroethylene before leaving the factory. Do not change it at will. When making other asphalt solvents, you should first master and adjust the boiling point temperature.
