3. Apply to FIFA organization, and ask for testing Number.

4. Apply to a reservation from LABOSPORT laboratory to the onsite testing.

5. When passed the onsite inspection, then delivery the lawns and infilling samples for laboratory retesting.

6. After passing all the test, the laboratory issues the qualified test reports to the applicants and the FIFA.

7. The FIFA organization issues the FIFA certificates.

8. The FIFA organization will record the venue information into FIFA website.
