The factors to select a suitable vacuum furnace :
What is the Operate temperature ?
1.SAFTHERM vacuum furnace mainly with range of 1200℃,1400°C,1700°C and OEM 1800℃
2.When real operating lower than 1200°C, we generally use high grade HRE spiral wire coils as heating element.
3.When real operating lower than 1400°℃,we generally use high grade SIC (Silicon Carbide Heaters )heating element.
4.When real operating lower than 1700°C, we generally use high grade MoSi2 ( Molybdenum Disilicide Heaters ).
5. Continuous operating temp will be100"C below the max temp design and right using will extend the furnace service life.
What is the chamber size required ?
1.SAFTHERM defnite and real working chamber side with Width(W), Depth (D)and Height( H) and you will see the specification with: W*D*H (mm).
2.SAFTHERM has wide range of working chamber size also can be customized according to the actual needs of users.
What is the gas system do you need ?
The gas system has two types: Gas float flowmeter control and Mass Flow Control. Mass flow meter can accurately display the gas flow,and can automatically control the flow with variable range but it will be expensive.
