Lactic acid(also names 2-hydroxy propionic acid) is mainly pointing L-lactic acid which is a kind of carboxylic acid existing in nature dairy products and in living being body as one result of anaerobic respiration. It is used to be made by synthetic methods, however now is mainly produced by fermenting method(utilizing starch as raw material) due to less pollution and harmless to human body. Pure lactic acid is colourless liquid, while common grade shows light yellow colour. It has a strong antiseptic and fresh-keeping effect. Food grade lactic acid is widely applied in fruit wine, bear, beverage, meat, vegetable pickling, canned food, fruit storage and dairy products as pH adjust agent, bactericide and acid condiment. It can be also used as preservative and carrier agent in pharmacetical field, or as pH controller.in other fermenting places.



Packing & Delivery




Products are well packed in 25kg plastic barrel or 200kg plastic drum or according to customer requirements.
