1. Are you Manufacturer or trade company ?

       We are Manufacturer located in Dongguan China, one hour’s drive to Guangzhou/Shenzhen.

 

2. What is your minimum ?

         As it is customized style, minimum is one piece for dye sublimation printing.

 

3. How many machines does your factory have ?

           Six, while 2 single nozzle and 4 double nozzle

 

4. How to make sure your printing quality is good ?

           We use imported ink and ensure the color natural and never fade easily. Moreover, our inspector in each procedure would check the product.

 

5. How long is your product warranty ?

         Frame is 3 years warranty, canopy is one year with proper use.

 

6. What is your procedure ?

1) We send you template, then you put your design into it and send us artwork. Next we will send color swatch for approval , finally we start sampling.

2) If you are not professional with graphic, please send your details and our designer will layout the artwork for free.

 

7. What is your payment terms ?

          For any new project under $5000, we require 100% deposit before proceed and balance is due when the goods are ready to be shipped.
