Our main products are full set metallographic sample prepration machines and hardness testers.
3. Whats' the delivery term?
For normal models of machines, we have stock in workshop. The time is only testing of machine before sending out and packaging. Normally 2-3 days.
If there is no stock, the delivery time will be 5-10 days, depend on quantity of machine.
Special requirement or large quantity please confirm with us before ordering.
4.Do you accept customization service?
Yes, for sure. We not only offer standard machines, but also do customized machines, our techinician will make the machine as your required. Just need to communicate before ordering.
5.What is your payment items?
Normally 100% prepaid, as almost the model we have stock. after received the payment, we will directly preparing for export the goods.For bulk order, please communicate with our people first.
6.How is your after-sale service and what's your warranty?
