Usage
The Triple-effect Concentrator serves for the concentration of Chinese traditional medicine, western medicine, starch sugar, milk products, etc, especially suitable for the low-temperature vacuum concentration of thermal sensitive materials. After our company have precisely measured, designed and improved, it is more effective than the prior one. The customer can choose the concentrator of the technologyparameter list according to the concentrating capacity.Features
1.The energy-saving benefit of the machine is worth of RMB 200.000 compared with that of the single-effect one. For example, theSJN-1000 type, the saved energyincludes vapory of about 5,000 tons, the cooling water of about 100,000 tons.
2.The concentrator adopts the vaporization method of minus pressure outer thermalnatural cycle, which features rapid vaporization and large specific gravity of1.4 (generally Chinese traditional medicine immersed cream).
3.The concentrator adopts dual-effect simultaneous vaporization that leaves the secondary utilized. Compared with the dual-effect concentrator, the energy consumptionlowers about 70%. The profit from the energy saving of less than one yearis equal to the whole investment on the machine.
4.Operation characteristic of multi-function:
(1) The concentration of alcohol recycling is about eighty percent.
(2) The repeated united cream receiving is availableto the single-effect, dual-effect and triple-effect.
