Each kilogram of starter can process 1-10 tons
of organic materials (determining the amount of fermentation according to different fermentation materials). The moisture content of the material is controlled at about 55%, and the starter is mixed with auxiliary materials in a ratio of 1:5-10, and then sprinkled into the fermented material. Accessories such as corn flour, rice bran, wheat bran, sawn wood, etc. are all acceptable.
Stir the sprinkled materials evenly. The stacking height is about 0.8 meters to 1.5 meters, turning over once every 2-3 days, and reaching the harmless standard in 15-20 days.
