Notes:

 

1. Carefully check whether the sealing bag is damaged before using the product.If there is no damage, open the sealing bag and fill directly.In case of damage, the desiccant shall not be used directly. It shall be activated at 300 ° C for 2 hours, sealed off and cooled before use.  

 

2. When filling desiccant, it should be done in a dry and dust-free room.According to "JC/T 2071 Insulating Glass Production Technical Regulations" : it is advisable to install air supply device in the closing room;Temperature should be controlled at 15℃ ~ 25℃, and relative humidity should be controlled at ≤RH70%

 

3. After opening the sealed bag, the desiccant shall not be exposed to the air for a long time.According to "JC/T 2071 Insulating glass Production Technical Regulations" : after filling the desiccant, the spacing frame should be completed within 45 min.

 

4, after the synthesis of insulating glass, should check whether there is leakage around the insulating glass phenomenon, and do not immediately in the sun exposure.

 

Failure of desiccant or insulating glass can be easily caused by:

 

After the molecular sieve unpacking, the unused part of the day was not sealed, completely exposed to the air, the next day to continue to use;

 

Molecular sieve due to use do not pay attention to fall on the ground, and then sweep up to use.
