The fuse load switch cabinet is mainly composed of four parts: contact arc extinguishing system, fuse, operating mechanism and shell. The arc extinguishing chamber is pressed by arc resistant plastic, with simple mechanism, which is easy to disassemble. The contact system adopts the double break point direct acting long contact type. The moving contact is a double break point U-shaped contact with the bridge arm of the packed closed cartridge fuse. The long contact has high electric stability and the double break point has high breaking capacity. The limit breaking capacity of the packed closed cartridge fuse is up to 50 kA, which can meet the requirements of the general power grid. The operating mechanism adopts single rod pull structure and spring energy storage principle. The same spring is used to perform the function of switching on sections, so as to ensure that the switch can be reliably switched on and off, and there are obvious on-off marks. After the switch is turned on or off, the pull type operating handle can be pushed into the switch shell with beautiful appearance. The switch cover shell is equipped with an interlock device to make the switch cannot be turned on after the cover is opened and the cover cannot be opened after the switch is turned on, so as to ensure the safety of operators.
