1. Performance and use
Type OE oil seals consist of a wear-resistant filled polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) ring and O-ring rubber seal. O-rings provide preload to compensate for wear on PTFE square rings. It is suitable for the sealing of hydraulic cylinder piston, which is bidirectional sealing. Generally used in conjunction with the guide ring. For specifications with a diameter of less than 40, split grooves should be used.
Second, the material: PTFE + fluorine rubber FKM.
3. Working conditions: working pressure: 0-40MPa;
Reciprocating speed: ≤5m/s;
Operating temperature: When the O-ring is fluorine rubber FKM: -20～+220℃;
Working medium: hydraulic oil, gas, water (fluorine rubber is selected in phosphate ester hydraulic oil).
