Product Description
Self adhesive EVA/HDPE pre applied waterproof membrane is based on high polymer materials and coated with a non-bitumen environmental friendly polymer self-adhesive layer ,it is widely used in underground project, it can bond with concrete layer tightly. After Membrane bonding with concrete, water can be blocked between membrane and concrete, which can improve the reliability . The aging resistance of polymer self adhesive waterproof membrane is greatly improved , which is superior to the aging performance of general polymer rolls .

construction procedure
1. Substrate preparation
Remove all protrusions and clean up the substrate
2. Install membrane(loosely laid)
Loosely lay the membranes onto the substrate (ensure the adhesive side to face upward)
3. Rolls Overlapping
(1) Cut edges
Tear down the release film, adhere adjacent membranes together, then using tools to press overlapping area to insure firm bonding (if you need, heat the overlapping area, then proceed with overlapping)
(2) Roll end laps
Position special tape strip of appropriate sizes over the lap of beneath membrane, then melt the strip using hot-air welding gun and immediately overlap the adjacent membranes together. Press firmly over lapping area to achieve seamless joints.
4. Tie up reinforcement ,cast concrete and proceed with other subsequent architectural jobs.
