1) Are you manufactory or trade company?
We are a professional manufacturer with more than 10 years' experience in Dongguan, Guangdong, China.

2) What is the minimum order quantity?
We provide small quantity for trial order. MOQ is 100pcs. But if you order a larger quantity, the unit price will be much cheaper.

3) How and how long can I get the samples?
a. The sample fee is free if it is stock sample, but you need to pay the freight. Also we can make sample according to your design and your requirements. But sample cost will be needed. Usually sample cost can be refundable after you place the order.
b. The sample production time is about 3-5 days. Moreover, it will take about 3-7 days for shipping to your place.

4) How much the transportation freight of samples?
It depends on the weight and packing size and your area. Sample freight will be offered once you send me an inquiry for sample.

5) Can we have our logo or company information to be printed on your products or package?
Sure. They can be printed on the products. And we can make the logo in hot foil, UV, emboss, etc.

6) How to order?
Please send us your purchase inquiry, Information as below is needed.
a. Product information: Quantity, Specification (Size, Material, Printing, surface finishing and Packing requirements etc)
b. Shipping information: Your company name, Phone number, Address, Destination port.

7) What is the production lead time?
Our production lead time is 15-20 days after order is confirmed and payment is received.

8) What kind of payment is available for order?
We prefer T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance and bank transfer. 50% deposit before production, and 50% balance before shipment.
