AF-RN1S Kcup filling sealing machine is the solution to fill coffee in Kcup capsules close and pack with Nitrogen gas.
This is a full automatic line using a variety of sensors that allows it to detect and smartly decide how to respond to the
presence or absence of cups, lids, coffee, air pressure, temperature, position ,etc.
The servo motor controlled filling device is designed to provide high accuracy, extremely smooth operation at all speed.

FUNCTIONS
1.Automatically feed the empty kcup capsules into the line.
2.Automatically detect whether capsules well loaded on the machine.
3.Servo motor drive the auger to fill coffee, weight around8-12g(can be adjusted)(Nitrogen flushing here)
4.Clean the Kcup edge.
5.Put pre-cut lids(can also use rolled film)(Nitrogen flush ing here)
6.Heat sealing.
7.Output the finished Kcup capsule.

1.Vibrating capsule sorting and feeding
2.Roll film cutting and first sealing system
3.Flavor injection
4.Online weighing and ejection system
5.Additional parts for another capsule
6.Output to the conveyor
