We have the same boss for Hebei Huayang Steel Pipe Co Ltd. and Hebei Wingo Enterprises is branch company, belongs to Hebei Huayang group.If all pipes produced by Huayang, we use Huayang to export; If order including seamless pipes, fittings or other out sourcing products, then we have to use Wingo to export. This is requirement by our local government .
