Usage:
This product is a very effective anti scorching agent. It has a good anti scorching effect on all sulfur vulcanized dienes and low unsaturation rubbers, such as natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, butyl rubber, chloroprene rubber, isoprene rubber, CIS polybutadiene rubber, ethylene propylene diene rubber, and its activity is not affected when it is used with other rubber additives. No adverse side effects such as foaming and pollution. It can greatly improve the storage stability of rubber and prevent natural vulcanization during storage.
Character:
White crystalline material (particles). Specific gravity: 1.25-1.35. Soluble in acetone, benzene, toluene, ether, ethyl acetate, hot carbon tetrachloride, hot alcohol, slightly soluble in gasoline, insoluble in kerosene and water.
