Q1: Can we get free samples?

A1: Yes, all of our samples are free. and customers just need to cover the freight cost. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2: What’s your MOQ?

A2: The MOQ is depends. Usually, the MOQ is 30000pcss, but if we have the goods in stock, the MOQ can be 10000pcs.

Q3: How do you control the quality?

A3: We will make samples before mass production, after samples approved, then the mass production. we promise 100% inspection during production, and 100% inspection before packing.

Q4. Do you accept customized order, OEM&ODM ?

A4: Yes ! We could design and develop new moulds as your requirements.

Q5: What shipping way you offer ?

A5: By air, by sea, by express, such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL, TNT etc. are available. You can choose the best way for you.

Q6: What surface handling can you provide ?

A6: Acid etching / (inside) Engraving / Decal / Painting / Printing / Frosting / Matt / Hot stamping etc. As for color printing : it would be better if you could provide us your color number.

Q7: What is the lead time?

A7: 2-3 days are needed for samples, 25-35 days are needed for mass production normally.

Q8: What’s your payment term?

A8: L/C, T/T ( Payment term: 30% deposit in advance 70% balance should be paid off before shipment.)

Q9: Which trade terms do you acceptable?

A9: We accept FOB, CFR and CIF,etc.
