Q: Will Hualong provide free sample to its customers?
A: Yes we are willing to send free samples with current models to our clients, yet our clients should take the cost of shipping freight. If an OEM sample is needed, we may charge some sampling fee as well.
Q: Can we use our own logo or other design?
A: Of course you are welcome to order OEM or ODM from us. Please send us your design in correct form and we will make samples for you as soon as possible.
Q: When can I get quoted?
A: We strive offering your price within 24 hours on workdays.
Q: What is the trade term?
A: We offer you normally EXW and FOB(Shanghai, Ningbo) term for sea shipping. Other flexible methods like express, air and railway are also available as To-door service.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: For low amount deals(below $1000), we collect 100% prepayment before production. For larger amount transactions, we collect 30% deposit to proceed the deal and before shipping out, we shall receive the 70% balance from you. T/T and Alipay are favored for payment, Paypal is available for sample fee as well. Regarding currecy we accept USD, EUR and CNY(RMB).
