Product Description
According to different purposes, anchor bits (anchor bolts) are classified into PDC Anchor Drill Bits and Cemented Carbide Anchor Drill Bits.
PDC anchor drill bit (Polycrystalline Diamond Compact Anchor Shank Bit, Roofbolt drill bit) is a kind of basic drilling tool for fixing and supporting anchor bolt of coal mine. It bounds the surrounding rock of roadway together and make the surrounding rock to support itself. PDC anchor drill bit is applied to coal mining, laneway and tunnel supporting grid. As coal bit, it is mainly used in coal and mine drilling and is taking the place of tungsten carbide roofbolt drill bit gradually.
Carbide anchor drill bits (rock head with carbide cutter) uses drill bit as main cutting components and are designed for drilling holes in hard clays, shale, hard-pan, sandstone and root impregnated areas.
Both anchor drill bits are mainly connected with spiral drill shank and works with coal electric drill machine or portable drill machine.
