Products Description
Tubular centrifuge is a kind of fine separation equipment. It is specialized for solid-liquid separation and liquid-liquid-solid separation for small solid particles and similar specific gravity difference. It is the equipment selected by food, chemical and biological products industries.
Our tubular centrifuges have different types, one is GQ two-phase solid-liquid separation model, i.e. clarification type;
The other is GF three-phase solid-liquid-liquid separation model, i.e. separation type.
The selection of model should be based on the actual material characteristics.
Two Different Types of Separation Structure Chart:
Working Principle:
The tubular centrifuge is composed of sliding bearing assembly, drum assembly, liquid collecting plate assembly, machine head assembly, body, etc. The power of the motor is transmitted to the belt pulley and the main shaft on the machine head through the belt and pressure pulley, so as to drive the drum to rotate around its own axis at high speed, forming a strong centrifugal force field on the inner wall of the drum. The material is injected into the drum through the bottom feed port, and under the strong centrifugal force, the material liquid is forced to move in layers. The light liquid is in the center of the drum, flows to the upper part of the drum, and is recovered through the liquid collecting tray; the heavy solid is thrown on the inner wall of the drum, and is manually discharged after shutdown.

Application Field
GQ Model-Two Phase: Used to separate all kinds of suspensions which are difficult to separate. It is especially suitable for solid-liquid separation with small concentration, high viscosity, fine solid particles and small solid-liquid gravity difference. For example, the clarification of such as glucose chlorhexidine, malic acid, various oral liquids, and Rhizoma Menispermi clarification; coal tar, graphite slag removal, protein, algae belt, pectin extraction; molasses refining; blood separation, vaccine mycelium, various glucose sedimentation, paint, dye, resin, rubber solution purification, separation and clarification of plant extract.
GF Model-Three Phase: Used for separation of various kinds of emulsions, especially for liquid-liquid separation with little difference in weight between two phases and liquid-liquid-solid separation containing a small amount of impurities. For example, transformer oil, turbine oil, lubricating oil, fuel oil, dye, grease, saponification. Purification of various micro powder materials various oral, separation of extraction of plasma from animal blood, purification of edible oil, caipan soaking solution, tea polyphenols, soybean phospholipid concentrate, oil-water separation and sewage treatment, etc.
