Kaixing has 5,000 square meter plant area. Our production facilities include 22 units of international advanced flexographic printing equipment and 50 lines of international advanced automated manufacturing systems. The bag assembly lines are able to produce 1.3 billion pieces of high-quality eco-friendly paper bags and 5 billion pieces of food paper packaging annually. We have also established a digital printing bag making workshop, food-grade aseptic and dust-free packaging workshop.
To maintain strict qualitystandards, our testing includes smoothness, stiffness, thickness andwhiteness of paper, raw materials, in-process and finished products, utilizingtesting equipment such as UV Spectrophotometer, MDS, etc.
