A: If you need some samples to test, we can make as per your request, you should pay for the transportation freight of the samples and the samples fee, while this cost can be refunded after you placed enough order, our delivery takes around 3-5 days and shipment takes around 5-7 days by UPS or Fedex.
Q:2. Where is your factory and what's its capability?
A: Our factory is in Hangzhou, where Alibaba Group is located. We can produce around 2000-3000 sets of motorized curtain track per month and around 300 sets of side guided motorized roller blinds for outdoors.
Q:3. What is the lead time of an order in bulk?
A: For an order with 100 sets of motorized curtain track, the lead time is within 5-7 days; for an order with 100 sets of side guided motorized roller blinds for outdoors, the lead time is within 15-20 days. For a bulk order beyond the above-mentioned quantity, we have to check with the production arrangement.
Q:4. What's the payment?
A: For an order less than USD 3000, 100% before delivery; For a bigger order, T/T 70% in advance, 30% against copy of the BL or 30% L/C at sight.
