SC-8059y-50 dry type softener
SC-8059y-50 is a polymer smoothing softener made of siloxane, polyamine and polyether polymerization. It has a new modified
siloxide chemical structure and has multiple active functional groups. The product can be stable in the working fluid, no oil
drift, sticky roller phenomenon. The product is a weak cation, after use can give warp knitted fabric, leather, PU leather good
smooth, soft elastic feel, feel dry, no greasy feeling. It IS SUITABLE FOR POLYESTER, POLY-COTTON, LEATHER, ALL KINDS OF FILAMENT
AND STAPLE FIBER. It can be used alone or combined with other non-cationic and Cationic softeners. It has a soft, smooth and
elastic feel.

Scope of use:
SC-8059y-50 is suitable for smooth and soft processing of various polyester, poly-cotton and other yarns, fabrics and garments,
especially for coral wool, plush, short plush and other polyester needle wool fabric, polyester blanket, feather yarn. Can also be
used for wig, leather soft smooth processing, improve elasticity. Use in the overflow machine will not drift oil. Finishing effect
depends on the formula and dosage level.
Method of use:
1, SC-8059Y-50 can be used in impregnation method, dip rolling method or spray method, can be used alone. It can also be used in
combination with other softeners and smoothing agents.
2. Please use SC-8059Y-50 as soon as possible after preparation. Impurities in water at low concentration will affect the use
effect of working liquid.
3. The finishing effect of SC-8059Y-50 depends on the formula and dosage level. Instructions for operation:
Reference formula for impregnation process:
Reference formula of dip rolling process:
1. Dosage: 1-6% (OWF)
2. PH value: 5.5-6.5
3. Bath ratio: 1:10-20
4. Time: 20-30 minutes
5. Temperature: 30-35ºC

2. PH value: 5.5-6.5
3. Rolling residual rate: 70-80%
4. Method: one dip and one rolling or two dip and two rolling
5 bath temperature: 20-30ºC
Packaging, storage and transportation:
1. Packaging: plastic bucket, 50, 120, 200 Kg per piece.
2. Transportation: It can be transported according to non-dangerous goods.
3, Storage: can be stored at room temperature, avoid direct sunlight, in the original storage tank shelf life of 6 months.
