The main structural features
1.10,000rm maximum spindle rotation speed: ultra-high spindle and back spindle rotation speed, which can provide the best processing conditions when slender materials and small diameter tools are used.
2.250mm single clamping processing length: super long single clamping processing length, the workpiece that needs to be changed to be processed before can be completed in one clamping, which shortens the processing time.
3.Ø26mm Optional maximum clamping device: the diameter of the spindle through hole is Ø26mm, and it can be equipped with a Ø26 clamping device for processing large materials.
4.Both the spindle and the back spindle adopt high-precision built-in electric spindles.
5.The dual-channel design significantly improves production efficiency. Equipped with a special tool holder for the back, it can shorten the processing time through the independent processing of the front/back.
