Co extrusion composite decking models
Normally, 138mm width is the standard size for customers.
Also we have the wider one in 190mm.
If you have special requirement, we can customize the size for you.
ADVANTAGE 1
The co extrusion one remains the advantages of traditional one like mildew and insect resistant, abrasion resistant, scratch resistant, stain resistant and weather proof. Some prosperities are even better. The experimental data proves that the wear resistance and scratch resistance are more than five times higher than the traditional one, which can effectively prevent the damage caused by the hard object scratching.
ADVANTAGE 2
In addition, the solid outer layer of the co-extruded wood plastic decking is effectively against the penetration of the colored liquids and oil-containing liquids, making the surface of the board very easy to clean. This outer layer can improve the resistance of the composite decking to sunlight, rain, snow, acid rain and sea water, so that the decking has an extremely long service life.
WPC CO EXTRUSION DECKING
With new colors and treatment, Grinwood co extrusion decking gives it a attractive appearance and more natural looking. For the colors, we have IPE, LIGHT GREY, TECA, LIGHT IPE, RED WOOD, DARK GREY, ETC. For the tensile tile strength, we have really good result for its test. With maximum strength 4.23 MPa, the profile is seperated. The outside layer is still there with the core.
