MaCheng Huayin Musical Instruments Factory is a leading piano manufacturer in China. "Middleford" is our main brand. With 35 years' experience in piano manufacturing and 22 years' experience in piano exporting, we build pianos for global market and offer OEM & ODM service for piano companies worldwide.
There are nine modern production lines at the Middleford piano factory. The total factory area is 3800 sqm with 120 skilled workers and 15 professional quality control technicians. In 2015, the factory built two automated production lines to make skeleton parts. Core parts like bridge cutting and tuning pin drilling are finished by CNC machines. Enhancing both quality and productivity and enabling us to reach a combined capacity of over 4300 grand and upright pianos per year. In the end of 2017, we began to manufacture pianos for a very famous Japanese piano company. Through this OEM service experience, our technicians became more skillful and our piano designs also improved. Now we have overseas customers from 38 countries. Music is borderless . Our goal is to be a worldwide piano factory.
