It is used for baking bread, sweets, croissants.
Quality indicators: amount of gluten 28-30%; gluten quality 60-80 units; gluten falling number 250-320 seconds; humidity 15%; ash content 0.6-0.75%.
Without the use of chemical additives, enhancers and GMOs.
It is used for industrial production and home baking. Packed in polypropylene bags 25kg or 50kg (optional).
Mode and terms of storage and transportation - at temperatures from (-15) C * to (+15) C * up to 6 months.
