A: For small qty sample, we do usually send free samples within 3-5 days, but the sample freight will be on your account. If large
amount Samples or expensive items, sample fee will be charged. However, the payment will be refunded when the mass order was
confirmed.(mass order mean the quantity is more than MOQ).

A:We always full inspect the bulk goods before shipping. But if you find the defect items, please contact our sales representative in time within 30days after you received our products. The sales representative shall deal with your complaint at once.
